Service Description
Rent the barn and grounds at Riverside Farm Venue Friday through Sunday for birthdays, showers, baptism and family dinners, reunions, church and corporate events. Planning a Monday–Thursday party? Book Weekday Parties (Mon–Thu) instead. What's included: up to 50 guests with tables and chairs set up inside the barn, or up to 80 with seating only (per the fire marshal). A free 45-minute setup and 45-minute cleanup are included, and guests clean up after themselves. There's a dedicated playground area for the little ones, free lighted parking in the field, and Wi-Fi (a TV is available for church and corporate events). Fri–Sun pricing: 3 hours $325 (weekend minimum) · 4 hours $375 · Half day (6 hours) $475 · Full day (up to 10 hours) $675 · Extra hour $65 Add-ons: parties over 50 guests that need tables and chairs set up outside add a flat $75. Linens $10 per table (partial length) or $15 (floor length). Tents $450 for one, $700 for both. Contact us to add extra hours or add-ons. Payment: half at booking, and the other half is due 15 days before your party. Rescheduling: reschedule 30 or more days before your date and your full booking payment is credited to the new date; less than 30 days out, half of your booking payment is credited.
